HELD IN PRAYER , CARRIED BY LOVE

You know what’s sweeter than “I love you”? It’s “I pray for you.” Because while “I love you” is beautiful, familiar, and deeply comforting, prayer carries a weight that goes beyond emotion—it’s soul-deep. It means I’m thinking about you even when you're not around. It means I carry your heart in mine when I speak to God, asking for your peace, your protection, your happiness. That’s not just love—it’s intentional love. It’s a quiet kind of care that doesn’t ask for credit, that doesn’t seek attention. It’s real, raw, and rooted in something higher than either of us.

When I say “I pray for you,” I’m saying I want to see you win, even in the ways I can’t help directly. I’m asking the universe, or something greater than us, to hold you gently when life gets heavy. I’m thinking of the battles you don’t talk about, the healing you still need, the dreams you’re afraid to speak out loud—and I’m placing all of that in hands bigger than mine. Because even when I can’t be there for you physically, even when I don’t have the perfect words to fix what hurts, I still have the power to pray for you. And in that moment, you’re not alone. You’re covered. You’re remembered. You’re loved in a way that goes beyond the surface, beyond the noise—and that kind of love, the kind that lifts your name in prayer, is one of the rarest, most powerful things I can give.
